Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and motivated Mechatronics Technicians / Engineers with experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing or maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on skills, and a willingness to specialize in advanced agricultural equipment, particularly Dammann machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and work with technical drawings, schematics, and instructions

Execute electrical wiring and assembly tasks independently

Perform hydraulic system work, including:

Pipe laying

Valve connections

System bleeding

Ensure precision and leak-proof assembly in crop protection equipment (nozzles, pumps, pipelines)

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy

Requirements Required Qualifications:

Degree or certification in any of the following:

Agricultural & Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician

Automotive / Commercial Vehicle Mechatronics Technician

Industrial Mechatronics Technician

Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing/repair

Experience with brands like Dammann, Krone, Claas, or Fendt is highly preferred

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of:

Hydraulics

Pneumatics

Electronics

Ability to understand mechanical systems and component interaction

Hands-on expertise with tools and equipment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
