Electrical Maintenance Engineer (C License)

Job Summary The Electrical Maintenance Engineer ensures the continuous and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment within a manufacturing plant. This includes performing routine maintenance, diagnosing electrical faults, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. The role requires in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.

Key Deliverables

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot & repair electrical issues to minimize downtime & ensure continuous plant operations.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including motors, drives, sensors, control panels, PLCs, and other automation systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing to identify potential electrical faults and hazards.
• Collaborate with production, mechanical, and control teams to address electrical issues efficiently.
• Develop/implement maintenance schedules for electrical equipment to prevent unexpected failures.
• Ensure system compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancing the reliability and efficiency of equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, maintenance logs, technical reports, and equipment manuals.
• Train & mentor technicians & operators on best practices for electrical safety and maintenance.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a C-License Holder
• Prior experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and tools
