247 Fulfillment is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider with warehouse operations in Toronto and Vancouver. We help e-commerce brands reduce shipping costs, improve delivery times, and scale across Canada without operational headaches.

As demand continues to grow, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for a results-driven Account Executive to help convert opportunities into long-term clients.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from initial conversation to closed deal.

You’ll work directly with e-commerce founders and operators, understand their fulfillment challenges, and position 247 Fulfillment as a strategic partner to support their growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and close inbound and outbound sales opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
  • Present tailored fulfillment solutions to prospective clients
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS is a plus (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Performance-based bonuses
