Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing various air conditioning units (split, window, central) in residential and commercial settings, ensuring client comfort and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installation & Repair: Install, troubleshoot, and repair AC, HVAC systems, including compressors, fans, motors, and electrical components.

· Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning coils, inspecting gauges, and cleaning blowers.

· Diagnostics: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools (voltmeters, pressure gauges).

· Refrigerant Management: Monitor and recharge refrigerants (e.g., R404A, R290) in compliance with safety standards.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and components replaced.

· Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and provide repair estimates.

Requirements

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or diploma from a technical school is required, ITI, 10 TH, 12 TH

· Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in AC AND HVAC installation or repair.

· Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AC AND HVAC systems, blueprints, and electrical principles.

· Tools: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and acetylene torches.

· Physical Strength: Ability to work in tight spaces, lift heavy equipment, and work in varied weather conditions.

· License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, Bike and Scotty mandatory

Compensation

· Salary 16- 21 k in hand per month for Technician , Helper – 11-13 k in hand per month (Typical roles offer fixed salary + incentives on extended warranty, pf ,esi, accidental insurance , comp off , 1 paid leave ,gratuity , increment)
