We are looking for someone highly skilled in short-form social media content creation and editing who understands how viral content works across platforms.

Requirements

• Ability to edit and deliver short-form videos within 2 hours of assignment when needed.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
• Understands optimal content styles, hooks, pacing, formatting, and duration requirements for each platform.
• Able to perform hook A/B testing to improve retention and virality.
• Understands watch-time psychology, retention drops, and engagement metrics.
• Skilled with fast-paced, attention-grabbing editing styles.
• Able to add captions, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, and viral-style motion graphics.
• Understands thumbnail psychology and opening 3-second optimization.
• Familiar with trend research and adapting trends into faith-based or niche content.
• Understands storytelling structure for short-form content.
• Able to repurpose one piece of content across multiple platforms efficiently.
• Can optimize content for virality without losing message clarity.
• Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Klap, Descript, Opus Clip, Metricool, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and quick turnaround time.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with creative ideas.
• Can maintain consistent branding, fonts, colors, and visual identity across all content.
