Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate is able to multitask, communicate effectively, and work independently while managing front desk operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors as they enter the building, answer questions, provide directions, and notify staff when guests arrive for meetings
  • Answer, screen, and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Receive incoming mail and deliveries, organize and distribute them to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail and packages for pickup
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as requested

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service and/or office administration
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
