Job Title: AWS Engineer
Location: Valsad
Work mode: ON-SITE work only
We are looking for a highly motivated AWS DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in automating, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services
(AWS).
The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines,
managing containerized applications, maintaining system reliability, and ensuring high performance and security across environments.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on scalable cloud architectures and contribute to end-to-end DevOps automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to support scalable and secure application environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Configure and manage AWS networking components VPC, subnets, load balancers (ALB/NLB), Route 53, and security groups.
- Ensure infrastructure security through IAM roles, least-privilege policies, and compliance best practices.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies for cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate application builds, testing, and deployments into automated workflows.
- Continuously optimize resource utilization and cloud cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer working in AWS environments.
- Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, and IAM.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or GitLab CI.
- Solid knowledge of Linux administration, Bash scripting, and/or Python for automation.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS).
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPC, routing, firewalls, load balancers).
- Strong knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and version control workflows.
Preferred Skills
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
- Experience implementing serverless solutions (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
- Knowledge of security automation, vulnerability management, and cost optimization on AWS.
- Familiarity with artifact management tools (Nexus, Artifactory, AWS CodeArtifact).
