Salary: Up to 24,000 In-hand

Job Role

  • Handle customer queries via voice calls
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues
  • Ensure high-quality customer service
  • Maintain call records and follow process guidelines

Eligibility

  • HSC & Above
  • Versant 4 Mandatory
  • Freshers can apply (6 months experience preferred)
  • Good communication skills

Shift Details

  • Male: Rotational (24x7)
  • Female: Day Shift (till 8 PM)
  • Rotational Week Off
