Job Description

The details of the position are as follows:

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an IT support role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable handling a diverse array of tasks.
  • Required to occasionally travel to client locations and provide onsite services as needed.
  • Be a team player, collaborate well with colleagues, and follow directions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be comfortable interacting with both end users and IT administrators

Must Have Experience with:

  • Working in a fast-paced support desk environment
  • Onboarding and offboarding new and terminated users
  • Windows operating systems experience from XP through to Windows 11
  • Expertise in business networks, including internet connectivity, firewalls, routers, switches, and access point
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 user administration and support within a business environment
  • Skilled in server administration and support

Job Duties:

  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support to customers through remote control and in-person/onsite assistance when needed
  • Serve as dispatch, managing incoming requests from existing customers.
  • Coordinate appointments and orders with customers, technicians, and suppliers
  • Participate in the management and maintenance of the ticket system in accordance with company objectives
  • Implement, install, configure, and deploy new software or services for customers
  • Create and send quotes to customers for hardware, software, products, and services
  • Monitor, review, assess and take appropriate action on RMM, security, and other alerts and indicators
  • Document technical solutions and customer protocols in the Knowledge Base
  • Collaborate with and report to management

Not required but considered an Asset:

  • Any certifications
  • Previous experience working for an MSP
  • Knowledge or experience with portable and mobile device (Apple, Android)
  • Knowledge or experience A+, Network+, Security+ (Break/fix systems and networks)

Remote work opportunities are available on select days.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
