Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results‑oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations and accelerate business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in B2B and technology sales, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset. You will oversee key accounts, shape high‑impact sales initiatives, and play a pivotal role in driving the company’s success within a fast‑moving, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through outstanding service and account management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Oversee the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure, including negotiation and contract execution
- Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and analyze performance
- Partner with marketing teams to create campaigns that support sales goals
- Conduct ongoing training to strengthen the team’s product knowledge and sales capabilities
- Deliver detailed reports on sales results, market developments, and competitive activity to senior leadership
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within technology or technical product sectors
- Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development roles
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team‑leadership skills
- Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing key accounts and cultivating long‑term client partnerships
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
