We’re hiring: Lead Intake Specialist (Inbound Calls – US/CANADA Real Estate)

This is not a typical “call center” role.

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners considering selling their property in the US/Canada market. Your job is to

understand the situation, condition and qualify the lead.

You aren't just an assistant; you are the gatekeeper of our deal flow.

What You’ll Do:

• Speed to Lead:

Respond to incoming Meta, SEO, and Google Business leads within 3 minutes or less.

• The Discovery:

Execute empathy-led qualification calls to understand a seller’s Motivation, Timeline, Condition, and Price (The 4 Pillars).

• The Hand-off:

Move high-intent leads into our CRM and schedule appointments for our Sales team.

• Nurture:

Manage the "long-game" follow-ups through SMS and email sequences.

Who You Are

• Night Owl:

You are energized working during North American business hours (EST/EDT).

• Rapport Builder:

You can build trust with a distressed homeowner in 30 seconds.

• System-Disciplined:

You believe that "if it’s not in the CRM, it didn't happen."

• Excellent English:

High-level verbal and written communication with a neutral or North American-friendly accent.

• Experience

in international voice process / inside sales

• Ability to think during conversations (not just follow scripts)
