Job Description
This is primarily an implementation role.
You will not be responsible for creating marketing strategies or managing clients.
Instead, your role will focus on helping execute the tasks required to bring marketing plans to life.
You’ll work directly with Cian Pacifico and support multiple projects inside 10x Marketing Lab.
If you enjoy building websites, creating graphics, using AI tools, learning new skills, and turning ideas into completed projects, this role may be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities WordPress Website Development Build and update WordPress websites
Create pages using Elementor and/or Divi
Implement website content and layouts
Create landing pages
Upload and organise website content
Configure forms, buttons, and basic integrations
Ensure websites are mobile responsive
Assist with website maintenance and updates
Follow website development checklists and SOPs Creative Production
Create social media graphics using Canva
Design simple advertising creatives
Create website banners and promotional graphics
Adapt designs for different platforms and dimensions
Assist with presentation and document design
Generate and edit AI-assisted images when required
Follow brand guidelines and creative direction AI Tools & Content Support
Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI tools to improve productivity
Assist with content formatting and publishing
Help create marketing assets using AI-assisted workflows
Conduct basic research when required
Organise and manage content assets SEO & Content Implementation
Upload blog posts and website content
Implement basic on-page SEO recommendations
Add page titles and meta descriptions
Optimise images and website content
Follow SEO implementation checklists
Support Google Business Profile updates
Assist with local SEO implementation tasks Project & Marketing Support
Follow task instructions provided by Cian
Update task progress inside the workspace
Maintain organised project files
Support multiple client projects simultaneously
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines
Assist with quality checks before deliverables are submitted Essential Skills Required
