Job Description

The Manager, Brand Management and Digital Communications is responsible for leading the evolution, governance, and execution of CAE’s global brand and digital communications strategy at the company level. This is a managerial role with accountability for both brand stewardship and digital communications, ensuring a strong, consistent, and trusted corporate presence across platforms and touchpoints. The role leads enterprise‑level digital and global brand management across all touchpoints, oversees two direct reports, and serves as an internal expert and strategic advisor on brand and digital communications. In this high‑impact position, you will shape CAE’s global digital storytelling, strengthen brand consistency, and expand our digital presence across platforms in support of CAE’s reputation and business objectives globally. Working closely with the reporting Director, global communications and cross-functional partners including, marketing, technology, HR, and business units team members, this role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on oversight to ensure disciplined execution, alignment, and performance across CAE’s brand and digital ecosystem, supporting both our reputation and business objectives. This is a temporary position with a 12‑month contract. Description Working hand in hand with teams across Communications, Marketing, Technology, HR, and CAE’s business units, you will define director, set standards and oversee execution for a wide range of brand and digital communications initiatives that shape CAE’s global presence. Are you ready to lead, manage, and evolve CAE’s brand and digital communication ecosystem, strengthening brand coherence, elevating digital engagement, and supporting enterprise priorities across the organization? You’ll: Lead CAE’s global brand and digital communications strategy, ensuring consistent brand expression, compelling storytelling, and impactful executive and corporate visibility across platforms. Own and enforce brand governance across channels, ensuring alignment with CAE’s enterprise brand strategy, visual identity, tone, and messaging. Oversee CAE.com and digital platforms, including content strategy, user experience, and ongoing coordination with Marketing, corporate functions, business units, and Technology teams. Guide digital and social media execution, ensuring content quality, relevance, and alignment with corporate priorities and reputational objectives. Analyze digital performance, insights, and emerging trends to strengthen CAE’s online reputation, visibility, and engagement. Establish and maintain digital and brand governance frameworks, processes, and standards to ensure consistency, quality content, and alignment across channels. Act as an internal advisor and partner on brand and digital communications, supporting enterprise initiatives and campaigns. Lead and manage a team of two direct reports, providing direction, coaching, prioritization, and performance oversight across brand management and digital execution. Manage resources and workloads effectively, balancing strategic priorities with execution capacity to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and technology vendors/partners to deliver integrated, scalable brand and digital solutions.   Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field 8–12 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, digital communications, or marketing communications Bilingual proficiency (English and French), with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Demonstrated experience developing and implementing brand and digital strategies, including managing multi‑platform content across digital and physical touchpoints Preferred Qualifications Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills, with a high degree of autonomy, initiative, and creativity Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a direct report, providing guidance and support to ensure high‑quality execution and professional growth Demonstrated experience working cross‑functionally and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization #LI-IT1 About CAE At CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
