What You’ll Do
🚀 Drive Go-to-Market Execution
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across multiple brands
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time launches
- Help translate brand strategy into clear, actionable plans
🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Merchandising, Creative, CRM, Digital, and eCommerce teams
- Track progress across workstreams and ensure alignment on priorities and messaging
- Help keep projects moving forward through strong communication and follow-up
🎯 Support Campaigns & Brand Initiatives
- Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Support creative briefing and asset development processes
📊 Analyze & Report on Performance
- Compile campaign recaps and performance reports
- Track key metrics and identify trends or opportunities
- Support internal updates and presentations
What You Bring
- 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or eCommerce
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, social)
- Comfort working with data and performance metrics
Nice to Have
- Experience with consumer or retail brands
- Exposure to multi-brand or portfolio environments
- Familiarity with seasonal campaign planning

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $27.00 to $33.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
