Accounting Operations Specialist

Brief Description

Zywave is seeking an Accounting Operations Specialist that can adhere to processes while looking for ways to improve efficiencies. In this position, you will specialize in a variety of accounting functions including Order Validation, Order Processing and preparing monthly reports. You will interact with internal teams on a regular basis.

What You Will Do

• Process Salesforce orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper revenue recognition and invoicing
• Complete customer product activations in alignment with contractual terms and timelines
• Maintain data integrity across internal systems through thorough order validation and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, RevOps) to support the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process
• Monitor order queues and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays in billing or activation
• Support process improvements and best practices to streamline order management workflows
• Act as a Salesforce quoting help desk resource to support sellers with order accuracy and quoting questions
• Perform additional tasks that may be identified while in the role that will improve Opportunity/Order/Baseline accuracy

What you should bring:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or business preferred
• Salesforce experience required
• You have strong technical skills in Excel
• You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• 3+ Years of Experience required.
• Work Location: Pune (Hybrid).
