Job Description
We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Manager with hands-on experience in scaling paid campaigns for a
D2C skincare brand
. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, and proven expertise in managing high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget paid campaigns across platforms like
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance channels
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for a D2C skincare brand
- Manage monthly ad spends (high budgets) with a strong focus on
ROAS, CAC, and LTV
- Develop and implement full-funnel strategies
(awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)
- Perform
A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like
Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the skincare/D2C space
- Ensure continuous optimization of campaigns to improve performance metrics
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in
PPC / Performance Marketing
- Mandatory experience in D2C skincare / beauty brands
- Proven track record of managing high ad budgets
(₹50L+ monthly or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Solid understanding of:
- Conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics
- Funnel optimization and performance marketing metrics
- Experience working with
Shopify or other D2C platforms is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like
Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, or Clevertap
- Knowledge of retention marketing and remarketing strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
