- Understanding client requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Collaborating with architects to define technical design and development approaches.
- Building websites and applications using object-oriented PHP and WordPress.
- Working on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, and WooCommerce.
- Being an expert in page builders like Elementor, Divi, and Beaver Builder.
- Managing hosting, page speed optimization, and MainWP environments.
- Writing clean, efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Creating, customizing, and troubleshooting WordPress plugins and themes.
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Working with MySQL for efficient database design and queries.
- Integrating and managing APIs/RESTful APIs for data transfer.
- Using Git for source code management.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 2 - 3+ years of web development experience.
- Strong skills in object-oriented PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven expertise with WordPress development and plugins/themes customization.
- Experience with Drupal, Joomla, and Magento would be a plus.
- Strong debugging, refactoring, and problem-solving abilities.
