We're Hiring: Talent Recruitment and Operations Lead
X7 MGMT PVT. LTD. | Pune, Maharashtra | Full-time | Remote
X7 MGMT is a digital media holding company building across five verticals: Instagram brand management, creator and media page networks, owned IP portfolios, music and talent management, and content-to-commerce. We represent brands, manage creators, run media pages, and operate a music label, all under one roof. We're based in Pune and moving fast.
We're looking for a Talent Recruitment and Operations Lead to own the entire people function at X7. This is not a support role. You will sit close to the founders, make real hiring decisions, and build the infrastructure that lets this company scale.
What you will own:
Sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across creative, content, business, and operations roles. Building hiring pipelines from scratch for a company that spans multiple verticals. Designing and running onboarding systems so new hires hit the ground running. Managing day-to-day HR operations including documentation, compliance, attendance, and performance tracking. Working directly with the founders to plan headcount as we grow. Being the person who ensures X7 always has the right people in the right seats.
What we are looking for:
Someone who has hired before and knows what good looks like. Someone who understands the creator economy, digital media, or content-first businesses. Someone who takes ownership without being asked twice. A strong network in media, content, or startup hiring in India is a big plus.
