Job Description

Location: Alberta (Calgary preferred)

Territory: Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan

The Opportunity

Western Canada represents a major growth opportunity for X-TRAC. We already have customers and relationships across the region, and we are establishing a Western Canada warehouse to support faster service and more competitive freight. But there is a much larger opportunity to grow our dealer and rental network across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, and we need the right person to lead that effort.

This is a role for someone who wants to build a territory, not just inherit one. You will have the autonomy to develop your own approach, the support of an experienced team, and a proven product line behind you.

As our Western Canada Territory Sales Manager, you will have:

  • An established, OEM-quality product line with nearly two decades in the Canadian market
  • Deep inventory across key SKUs, with same-day shipping available on many common sizes
  • A B2B-only model that supports dealers and rental companies rather than competing with them
  • Direct access to ownership and leadership, with the ability to shape how we grow in Western Canada

What You'll Do

  • Grow X-TRAC rubber track sales across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan
  • Build relationships with equipment dealers, rental companies, repair shops, and parts distributors
  • Visit customers regularly across the territory to identify opportunities, support repeat business, and strengthen relationships
  • Develop new accounts through outbound prospecting, referrals, branch visits, trade shows, and industry relationships
  • Work with the Woodbridge team to quote customers, confirm fitment, manage availability, and support orders
  • Help identify key SKUs, customer needs, and stocking opportunities for the Western Canada warehouse
  • Track sales activity, opportunities, and customer feedback in our CRM
  • Represent X-TRAC as Canada's premium replacement rubber track line built around quality, availability, and long-term value
  • Travel regularly across the territory to meet with customers and prospects, with mileage reimbursement provided

Who You Are

You are a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and growing a territory. You are comfortable getting in front of customers, asking good questions, and following up consistently.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in outside sales, territory sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience selling to dealers, rental companies, contractors, fleets, or industrial customers
  • Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
  • Comfort with regular travel across Western Canada
  • A practical, hands-on sales style
  • Interest in equipment, parts, rental, construction, agriculture, or industrial markets
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the broader team

Experience in heavy equipment, compact equipment, construction, agriculture, rental, or aftermarket parts would be a strong asset. That said, you do not need to be a rubber track expert on day one. If you have the right sales skills and are curious, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn the equipment parts market, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to build and own a meaningful Western Canadian territory
  • Proven product line with strong growth potential
  • Support from an experienced Canadian equipment parts distributor
  • Direct access to company ownership and leadership
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Mileage reimbursement and travel support
  • Real input into customer strategy, stocking decisions, and regional growth

About Woodbridge

Woodbridge Equipment Parts has been serving Canada's equipment industry since 1986. We are the company behind X-TRAC, our rubber track line launched in 2006 to provide OEM-quality rubber tracks to the Canadian replacement rubber track market.

We are a pure B2B supplier. We do not sell to end-users, and we do not compete with our customers. Our job is to support the dealers, rental fleets, and manufacturers that serve Canada's equipment market.

We are working to build Canada's best rubber track distribution businesses. There is no corporate bureaucracy here. We are results-focused, growth-minded, and willing to give the right person real input into how we build the Western Canadian market.

How to Apply

If you are interested in helping build X-TRAC's presence across Western Canada, we would like to hear from you. Please send your resume and a brief note outlining why you think you would be a good fit for the role.
