Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts. This role will focus on expanding Vitech’s market presence, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth in India and international markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry contacts, technical understanding of process equipment, and proven experience in sales/marketing within engineering or heavy fabrication industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities in India and overseas (oil & gas, water, petrochemical, power sectors).
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end users. Manage bidding, proposals, and tender submissions in coordination with the estimation and design teams.
Represent Vitech at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management. Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred); MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
4–10 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in heavy equipment, EPC, or process equipment industries.
Strong understanding of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, skids, and related products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing international markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
