Vaultra Self-Storage is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team in a Part-Time Customer Service role at our Vaughan location.

About You:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (self-storage experience is a plus)
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets
- Physically fit and able to handle light labor
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in choosing the right storage solutions
- Showing and renting self-storage units
- Responding to inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
- Selling moving and packing supplies based on customer needs
- Receiving and processing customer payments
- Making collection calls and preparing bank deposits
- Opening and closing the facility
- Performing regular facility and locker checks
- Ensuring all rentable units are clean and ready for customers
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized facility — including bathrooms and office areas
- Stocking merchandise displays and supplies
- Assisting the Facility Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly operations
- Other duties as assigned
