Vanaari Wellness and Living is seeking a Senior Brand and Customer Experience Manager to oversee brand operations, customer engagement initiatives, workflow coordination, and customer experience activities within our growing wellness and lifestyle organization in Canada.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys improving customer experience, supporting brand growth initiatives, coordinating operational workflows, and helping teams deliver high-quality customer engagement in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to strengthen brand visibility and support long-term business growth.

What you'll do
- Oversee daily brand and customer experience operations
- Support customer engagement initiatives and workflow coordination activities
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor operational performance, customer engagement activities, and workflow efficiency
- Help improve customer communication processes and operational systems
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and operational planning activities
- Maintain quality standards across customer experience and brand operations
- Support leadership with growth initiatives and operational improvement projects
- Build positive working relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Contribute ideas that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and brand performance
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer experience, brand operations, marketing support, customer engagement, account management, business operations, or service coordination preferred
- Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple operational priorities and projects
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer engagement workflows, marketing coordination, or operational reporting is beneficial
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
