Securitization Accounting Manager Hybrid

Lead securitization and technical accounting as a hybrid Manager with Vaco by Highspring. Drive financial performance and support internal teams in reporting and process frameworks.

This 12-month contract position requires a strong depth in accounting and prior securitization experience. You will collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and external partners to execute transactions and guide the internal accounting team. The role also involves building a securitization-focused team as the program develops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting workstreams for the securitization program
• Analyze performance and profitability of securitization efforts
• Support internal teams on treatment and reporting of portfolios
• Collaborate with finance and external partners for transaction execution
• Act as subject matter expert on securitization structures

Requirements

• Strong accounting expertise and clear communication skills
• Prior experience with end-to-end securitization
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a build-mode environment
• Experience in finance and capital markets
• Ability to guide and develop team members
