Key Responsibilities

Application Support

• Provide application support for JD Edwards (JDE) systems in production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to JDE Warehouse Management and Supply Chain modules .
• Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution within defined SLAs.

Functional Support

• Work on JDE modules including:
• Warehouse Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Sales
• Purchase
• Inventory Management
• Provide support to business users and ensure smooth execution of business processes.

Integration & System Support

• Support 3rd party integrations with JDE systems .
• Investigate integration issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Monitor system performance and ensure application stability.

Process Improvement

• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within client business processes.
• Recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with client SMEs, business users, and technical teams .
• Guide and mentor junior team members on complex issues .
• Provide clear communication, documentation, and reporting .

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in JD Edwards (JDE) Application Support .
• Strong knowledge of JDE Warehouse Management and Supply Chain modules .
• Experience working with Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules .
• Experience supporting 3rd party integrations with JDE systems .
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills .
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills .

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work in rotational UK and US shift timings .
• Immediate joiners preferred .
