In this pivotal role, you will craft and evolve full-funnel paid media strategies to enhance MQL volume and brand awareness. With over 10 years of experience, you’ll optimize high-intent search programs and lead paid social initiatives while ensuring robust measurement and reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-funnel paid media strategy and budget allocation
  • Optimize PPC programs on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Plan audience-based paid social and retargeting campaigns
  • Launch awareness campaigns across CTV and video platforms
  • Deliver insights and recommendations based on unified KPIs

Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital marketing, 7+ in B2B paid media
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and paid social
  • Strong analytical skills with GA4 and conversion tracking
  • Proven track record of hitting MQL targets and quality metrics
  • Effective communicator with experience presenting to executives
