Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across De-Oiled Cake (DOC), General Trade, and Modern Trade verticals. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and leading sales execution through both individual contribution and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development across DOC, General Trade, and Modern Trade channels
- Identify and acquire new clients and distribution partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and General Trade vendors
- Manage and coordinate with sales teams to achieve targets and improve efficiency
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting
- Plan and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Oversee vendor engagement, negotiations, and onboarding
- Ensure effective coordination with internal teams (logistics, operations, finance)
- Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking
Key Requirements
- MBA / BBA with strong interest in sales and business development
- 1–5 years of experience, preferably in FMCG / Agro products
- Experience in handling sales teams and managing General Trade vendors is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of Tri-City and nearby territories
- Own conveyance (mandatory)
