What You’ll Do - Lead social media strategy and execution for multiple brands - Create content plans, campaign ideas, and monthly calendars - Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & emerging platforms - Coordinate with designers, video editors, and performance teams - Write sharp captions, hooks, and campaign copy - Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies - Handle client communication and presentations confidently - Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and cultural moments What We’re Looking For - 4–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital agencies - Strong understanding of content strategy & brand communication - Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategy - Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance - Excellent copywriting and communication skills - Experience handling multiple brands/accounts - Creative thinker with strong execution capabilities - Expert in Performance marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads) - Someone proactive, organized, and culturally aware - A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred - Experience in advertising or digital marketing agencies is a plus Why Join Us? - Work with a fast-growing creative agency - Opportunity to build impactful campaigns across industries - Collaborative and creative work environment - Freedom to experiment with ideas and trends - Young, ambitious, and energetic team culture Position: Senior Social Media Manager 📍 Pune (Baner) | Full-Time Work from Office 💼 Experience Required: 4–5 Years
