About the Role

The Recruiter plays a vital role in managing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring successful placements. You will work closely with clients, recruiters, and internal team members to coordinate recruitment strategies, drive team performance, and deliver timely, high-quality hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned client accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and service satisfaction.

Understand clients’ hiring needs, culture, and requirements to deliver effective recruitment strategies.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, shortlist, and present suitable candidates.

Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing, interviews, and negotiations to successful placement.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention.

Identify business opportunities and actively develop new client relationships.

Track performance metrics and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.

Resolve client and candidate issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Results-driven with a passion for people and talent matching.
