Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Trainer based in Mumbai. The Fitness Trainer will lead group exercise classes, provide personalized fitness instruction, and ensure participants achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities include creating engaging workout plans, assessing fitness levels, and fostering a supportive and motivating environment. Customer interaction and maintaining a high level of service within the fitness community will also be a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Training
• Experience in Fitness Instruction and familiarity with the Fitness Industry
• Outstanding Customer Service skills to foster a positive client experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain a motivating atmosphere within group settings
• Relevant certification in fitness training or group fitness instruction is preferred
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement
