Job Description
Sales Representative (Entry-Level)
We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in sales, customer engagement, and brand development. This role involves face-to-face interactions with customers to support client campaigns and drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to build professional relationships
- Present client services and communicate key value propositions
- Support customer acquisition efforts through direct sales activities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when addressing customer questions or concerns
- Meet or exceed established daily and weekly performance goals
- Accurately track and report campaign and customer data
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Contribute to overall team performance and client campaign success
Compensation & Benefits

- Full-time position (Monday–Friday schedule)

- Base pay plus performance-based incentives
- Typical weekly earnings range from $700–$1,200, depending on performance

Schedule
- Monday–Friday

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
