You are expected to collaborate with various departments to exceed company objectives while managing customer interactions through Salesforce Service Cloud. Your focus on team development and issue resolution will greatly enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
- 5+ years in customer service leadership
- Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience in B2B sales and service environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel across Canada and the U.S.
