We are looking for a senior/lead data scientist to design, build, and deploy cloud-native data science and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-grade ML and AI solutions on AWS.
• Develop Al workloads using AWS Bedrock.
• Build analytics and ML workflows using Snowflake.
• Implement models and AI pipelines using Snowflake Cortex AI.
• Own end-to-end ML pipelines from data preparation to monitoring.
• Ensure reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineering, backend, and product teams.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years in applied data science/machine learning.
• Strong, recent hands-on experience with AWS.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock.
• Strong experience with Snowflake data platform.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience delivering ML systems in production.
• Comfortable with Dockerised applications.

Good to Have:

• Understanding of LLM concepts and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience scaling ML systems.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Senior/lead IC owning delivery and technical decisions.
• Mentor junior data scientists.
• Strong execution and ownership mindset.
