About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and media-savvy PR Manager to lead brand communication, media relations, and reputation-building initiatives for clients across industries. The ideal candidate understands agency ecosystems, can craft compelling narratives, and knows how to drive visibility through strategic PR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with client business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry networks
- Draft press releases, media pitches, leadership articles, and communication materials
- Manage brand announcements, launches, interviews, and media coverage opportunities
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, performance, and social teams for integrated campaigns
- Monitor media trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry conversations
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required
- Track campaign performance and prepare PR reports with measurable outcomes
- Support award nominations, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership initiatives Requirements - Strong media network and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience handling multiple brands or clients simultaneously
- Understanding of digital media, influencer ecosystems, and brand storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
