We are seeking energetic and experienced Group Fitness Instructors to lead high-quality, engaging classes in a variety of movement modalities. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, confident in leading groups, and committed to creating a positive and empowering experience for all participants.

Duties

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes
• Arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare the space and greet participants
• Create thoughtful class plans that align with Sitka’s inclusive and welcoming studio environment
• Offer modifications and adjustments to support all fitness levels
• Keep the studio clean and organized before and after class
• Represent Sitka’s brand and values with professionalism and warmth

Qualifications

• Group Fitness Instructor Certification or Personal Trainer Certification
• Current CPR & First Aid certification
• Group instruction experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Availability to teach evenings and/or weekends
