Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Insurance Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote insurance products and services
• Assess client needs through effective communication and analysis skills
• Explain policy options clearly, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism
• Negotiate terms and close sales by demonstrating value and building rapport
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using sales administration tools
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new outreach strategies and improve customer engagement
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage or referrals
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting insurance offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales preferred
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and persuasive negotiation abilities
• Multilingual capabilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are highly advantageous
• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with sales administration software and marketing tools is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is beneficial but not mandatory
