Job Description

We are hiring Virtual Medical Assistants for our healthcare process in Coimbatore. The role involves assisting healthcare providers with administrative and patient coordination tasks while ensuring smooth communication and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient scheduling and appointment coordination
• Manage patient records and documentation
• Assist with insurance verification and follow-ups
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and patients
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of medical information

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate
• Excellent English communication skills mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Willingness to work in night shifts

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Knowledge of healthcare process is an added advantage
• Ability to manage calls and documentation efficiently
