Role and Responsibilities:

In the Bakery Team Member role, you will support daily deli and bakery operations by preparing, presenting, and maintaining food items that meet quality and safety expectations. You will work closely with members and teammates to ensure a clean, organized, and service-focused experience.

• Prepare and package bakery and deli products in alignment with established standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices to maintain compliance at all times
• Engage with members by answering questions and offering product information
• Stock, rotate, and organize shelves, displays, and coolers
• Clean and maintain workstations, tools, and food preparation equipment
• Track inventory levels and communicate product needs to leadership
• Use deli and bakery equipment safely while following food handling procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals and service expectations

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food preparation, bakery, or deli operations is beneficial
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact respectfully with members
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate food preparation

• Experience working in a retail or warehouse club setting
• Knowledge of bakery or deli equipment and daily operations
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
