Role Overview
We are looking for a highly technical and execution-focused GTM Manager with deep expertise in email infrastructure, inbox deliverability, and outbound systems setup.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the backend architecture behind scalable outbound campaigns and can build, optimize, and maintain high-performing email sending systems that consistently land in inboxes.
You will be responsible for managing domain infrastructure, sender reputation, inbox placement, outbound scaling systems, and deliverability optimization across cold email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
- Set up and manage outbound email infrastructure, including:
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration
- Custom tracking domains
- DNS management
- Mailbox setup and routing
Build and maintain scalable outbound systems with:
- Domain warming
- Inbox rotation
- Sending distribution strategies
- IP reputation management
Continuously monitor and improve:
- Inbox placement rates
- Sender reputation
- Spam scores
- Bounce rates
- Domain health

TM & Outbound Systems
- Develop and optimize cold outbound infrastructure for lead generation campaigns
- Manage and scale multi-domain outbound operations safely
- Ensure campaigns comply with deliverability best practices while maximizing sending volume
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and implement preventive solutions
- Coordinate with sales and growth teams to ensure smooth outbound execution
Platform & Tool Management
Hands-on experience with tools such as
:
- Instantly
- Smartlead
- Google Postmaster
- MXToolbox
- GlockApps
- Spamhaus
- Other deliverability monitoring and GTM tooling platforms
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong understanding of:
- Email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Domain warming strategies
- Inbox placement optimization
- IP reputation and blacklist management
- Cold email infrastructure
- Proven experience handling large-scale outbound operations
- Experience managing 5k–100k+ outbound emails/month safely
- Ability to diagnose and resolve deliverability issues quickly
- Strong understanding of modern GTM and outbound workflows
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in:
- Email deliverability
- GTM systems
- Cold outreach infrastructure
- Outbound operations
- Experience in B2B lead generation and cold outreach
