At Ross Stores, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Providing a welcoming and visible presence by greeting customers.
• Monitoring for potential theft indicators and effectively communicating with Store Leadership.
• Training and educating Associates on strategies for reducing shortages.
• Supporting Loss Prevention initiatives and adhering to all compliance directives.
