Responsibilities: designing lesson plans that integrate all four Social Studies disciplines; conducting class tests, projects, and term assessments; evaluating student work with constructive feedback; organizing map-work and project activities; preparing students for board examinations; communicating with parents at PTMs; guiding students in Social Studies fairs and History Olympiads; and coordinating with the school's cultural team on national celebrations in Jalandhar.
Eligible candidates must hold a B.A. or M.A. in History, Geography, Political Science, or Social Sciences from a recognized institution with B.Ed. One to three years of CBSE school experience is preferred. Strong general knowledge, clear concept delivery, and the ability to connect historical events to students' lives in Punjab are essential.
