Key Responsibilities· Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using a ticketing platform (Freshdesk experience is an asset).· Troubleshoot and resolve POS software and hardware issues in a timely manner.· Maintain clear, accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and user interactions.· Create and maintain user training materials, including documentation and short instructional videos.· Train end users on POS functionality, workflows, and best practices.· Participate in onsite POS implementations and system rollouts when required.· Provide hands-on support during installations and go-live periods.
