- Own our channels to hire partners as per project requirements
- Assist in the hiring process of internal team members
- Own the operations of Data projects:
- Manage the workforce during projects to achieve targets on time
- Liaise with the workforce and clients
- Own the pipeline for collaborating with new partners and environments
- Handle data operations efficiently
- Ability to work across different time zones (US specifically)
