About the Role:  As a key member of our Brand sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new relationships and expanding verticals such as Travel, Insurance, CPG etc. You’ll leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to set up meetings with in-house clients, understand the PubMatic value proposition, and exceed revenue targets, implement strategic programs, and communicate effectively across all levels.   What You'll Do:  <ul> <li>Prospect and build net new relationships with Brand Direct clients. </li> <li>Identify additional revenue opportunities within existing clients to maximize account potential.  </li> <li>Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay ahead of industry trends.  </li> <li>Develop a strong understanding of PubMatic’s technology and media solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition to drive business growth.  </li> <li>Drive platform spend growth to meet and exceed goals while continuously prospecting new business.   </li> <li>Conduct ongoing business reviews and provide ongoing direct client management and entertainment.   </li> <li>Foster cross-functional collaboration, maintaining strong relationships with internal teams including Agency Sales, Technical Operations, Publisher Sales, Publisher Account Management, Ad Solutions, and Product Management.   </li> </ul> Who You Are:  <ul> <li>Five to Seven years in sales or business development within digital advertising. </li> <li>Programmatic Advertising Expert: Strong knowledge of programmatic buying and selling, including pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends, and buying technologies.   </li> <li>Data-Driven: Proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.   </li> <li>Strong Presenter & Negotiator: Skilled in crafting compelling presentations (PowerPoint) and negotiating effectively with clients.   </li> <li>Adaptable & Agile: Flexible, start-up mindset with a track record of success in fast-paced environments.  </li> <li>Comfort working remote and regularly collaborating with stakeholders located in NYC and LA.  This will require video calls, extra communication, and a natural desire to be a self-starter.  </li> </ul>   Additional Information  Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the globe have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions.  Benefits: Our benefits package includes the best of what leading organizations provide such as, paid leave programs, paid holidays, healthcare, dental and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, commuter benefits, physical and financial wellness programs, unlimited DTO in the US (that we actually require you to use!), reimbursement for mobile and fully stocked pantries plus in-office catered lunches 5 days per week.  Diversity and Inclusion: PubMatic is proud to be an equal opportunity employer; we don’t just value diversity, we promote and celebrate it. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package. </div><div class="title">Total Compensation Range</div><div class="pay-range">$170,000—$200,000 USD</div></div></div>
