Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Demand Planning Analyst based in the Greater Philadelphia area, with flexibility for some remote work. The analyst will be responsible for managing and improving demand planning processes, analyzing data to create accurate demand forecasts, and supporting production planning efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between forecasts and operational processes is a key part of this role. The position also involves presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting to support accurate strategy and decision‑making
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present forecasts and findings to stakeholders
• Experience in Production Planning to ensure alignment with operational capabilities
• Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies such as forecasting software and data visualization platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Master’s degree, professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM), or industry experience is a plus
• Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a team setting
