Our client is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Esthetician and Skin Therapist to join their premium beauty and wellness center in Mysuru, Karnataka, IN . The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve their skin health goals and will be adept at performing a wide range of facial and body treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive skin analysis and consultations to diagnose skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans. Administer a variety of advanced facial treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and LED therapy. Provide specialized body treatments such as waxing, sugaring, and body wraps. Educate clients on proper home skincare routines and product recommendations. Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history and progress notes. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the esthetics industry. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Promote and sell skincare products and treatment packages to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Train and mentor junior estheticians, sharing expertise and best practices. Assist in managing inventory of skincare products and professional supplies. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to offer integrated client care. Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and relaxing client experience. Conduct demonstrations of new treatments or products for staff and clients. Manage appointment schedules efficiently and maintain punctuality. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. Contribute to the development of new service offerings. Qualifications:

Certification from a recognized Esthetics program. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an Esthetician or Skin Therapist. Proven expertise in performing a wide range of advanced facial and body treatments. Strong knowledge of skin physiology, common skin concerns, and treatment modalities. Excellent client consultation and communication skills. Ability to upsell products and services effectively and ethically. Knowledge of hygiene, sterilization, and sanitation protocols. Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the beauty and wellness field. A genuine desire to help clients improve their skin health and confidence. Flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings. Experience with specific high-end skincare brands is a plus. First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
