Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead their flagship store operations. As the Retail Store Manager, your main focus will be on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and managing all aspects of store performance. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing shrinkage.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales.
• Experience managing a high-volume, flagship store is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Understanding of visual merchandising principles.
