Job Description

Feasibility study for the new project (Cost Analysis & manufacturing feasibility).
Product folder for new /relocated articles.
New Projects Implementation and relocation.
Must be capable of interpreting and understanding complex drawings and schematics of various components and performing to detailed written tasks to accomplish precision fabrication.
Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problem, and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments and requirements.
Article Inclusion - Master Data Set up & Customize article setup in ERP & assembly line. Document preparation for Assembly and Testing.
Test and release of single parts /purchased parts & pre-assembled pats (Status First sample single/pre-assembled part at OSM).
Create Change request for replacement metal tool, relocation & parallel production & also check the effect of change.
Product Release & Inter-Department Coordination.
Lean Activities including Poka-Yoke.
Sourcing of component/Device/Machines.
Process optimization & Improvement (CIP & PDCA).
FMEA/VSM process & Monitoring Product Life Cycle.
Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
