About this opportunity
We are seeking a talented individual to support technical sales activities for our ioTORQ SaaS, with the following industrial use cases:
- Production monitoring & lean manufacturing
- Energy & resource management
- Corporate sustainability reporting
- Utility bill management
Key duties include:
- Managing relationships and ensuring customer success
- Managing marketing campaigns and coordinating sales activities
- Supporting sales meetings and proposal generation
- Developing training materials and supporting users
- Reviewing and reporting sales metrics
Location
Remote work, reporting into our Toronto Office.

- You are passionate about new customer acquisition and building upon existing relationships.
- You thrive in a customer-facing role and a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- It is essential to have excellent planning and organizational skills, along with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to various audiences in presentations and reports.
- You hold a Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering degree
- Familiarity with industrial communications protocols and data transfer methods is beneficial
- Experience with Energy Management Information Systems, along with Lean and Six Sigma is beneficial.
