As a CRO specialist, you will utilize a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to comprehend website behavior, identify opportunities to enhance conversion, revenue, and user experience, and then formulate and implement a strategy to transform those concepts into an optimization and testing plan. This role involves engaging with customers, therefore exceptional relationship management skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Analyze website traffic using qualitative (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, etc.) and quantitative (Google Analytics or similar) data sources to grasp user behavior and offer data-driven recommendations for boosting engagement and conversion rates.
- Identify and address issues in the conversion funnel, as well as design and usability aspects of high-converting web pages.
- Interpret data to uncover actionable insights that can enhance UX and conversion rate optimization, ultimately leading to increased lead generation and online sales.
- Establish and manage the overall optimization program covering site and e-commerce experiences, landing pages, forms, and calls-to-actions. Employ an iterative optimization approach (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize), draw insights from the outcomes, devise new experiment ideas, and hypotheses, while implementing successful outcomes.
- Create hypotheses, testing roadmaps, and reports for optimization projects (A/B, Multivariate, Targeting, Personalization), either independently or in support of the team.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and researchers to propel projects forward effectively.
