We are looking for a backend engineer with 3+ years of experience building scalable, high-

performance APIs using Python and Go. The role focuses on backend development with

Flask, Redis, MongoDB, and SQL, along with clean code, testing, and strong fundamentals in

algorithms and OOP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs.
• Build high-performance, low-latency APIs with good reliability and observability.
• Work with Flask and Go to implement scalable services and internal tools.
• Design and optimize data access using SQL and MongoDB.
• Use Redis for caching, rate limiting, sessions, and performance improvements.
• Write unit tests and support integration testing for backend modules.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver production-

ready features.

• Integrate Claude or other AI agents/APIs where useful for automation, support, or

product features.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with Flask or similar backend frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of MongoDB and Redis.
• Experience building and optimizing APIs for performance and scalability.
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts and core algorithm/data structure

principles.

• Experience writing unit test cases and debugging production issues.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or similar high-transaction platforms.

Nice To Have

• Experience with asynchronous processing, background jobs, or queues.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Experience working with LLMs or AI integrations such as Claude, OpenAI, or

similar tools.

• Knowledge of API documentation tools like Swagger/Postman.
• Knowledge or Experience with GO Programming language

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
